DISPATCH
Once we receive your order we aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible - however the item will not appear marked as dispatched until it is posted.
Postal collections take place at 4pm, Monday to Friday.
POSTAGE
We will ship to you wherever you are in the world - as long as you have a postal service we can send items to you.
Most orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail delivery usually takes between 1-3 days to UK addresses.
However, on rare occasions, UK parcels do take longer and we hope you understand this is beyond our control.
Royal Mail will not consider a UK parcel "lost" until 15 WORKING days after the delivery due date.
This could mean that a parcel dispatched by us on Monday, September 1, would not be "lost" until approx September 22 -25 at the very earliest.
Surface Mail can take a minimum of two weeks for Western Europe, four weeks for Eastern Europe and up to 12 weeks for the rest of the world.
Orders will not be sent by recorded post unless you have paid for this service by asking for the item to be "expedited".
If the item does not have a tracking number we will be unable to tell you where it is.
RECORDED DELIVERY
If your item has been sent recorded delivery you will be sent a tracking number and this will also be available to view on your order.
Checking this yourself will often be quicker than contacting us and asking us to do it for you.
If you want to see if attempts have been made to deliver your parcel, sent via Royal Mail,
you can do so by using the free Royal Mail Track & Trace Service.
You can also check who signed for the item, with electronic proof of delivery where available.

Please be aware this service will not tell you where your parcel exactly is on its travels and we will not be able to tell you that either.
If your order has been sent International Signed For with Airmail delivery, delivery target time is three working days to Western Europe,
five working days to Eastern Europe and seven working days for the rest of the world.
Large and heavy items are often sent Recorded Delivery by courier.
This is usually ParcelForce and you can use its free track and trace service to discover information about your parcel.

All recorded and courier packages will need to be signed for at the delivery address.
If no-one is there, your parcel will be returned to the depot and a card should be left telling you how to collect it.
If you fail to collect the parcel within the "courier's" time frame it will eventually be returned to us.
We can not issue a refund until we have the item in our possession.
